Foreman, a gold medalist at the 1968 Olympic Games, had a boxing record of 76-5 (68 KO) during his career, which spanned three decades and included a second-round knockout of then-undefeated Joe Frazier for the world heavyweight title in 1973, which he successfully defended twice prior to his loss to Muhammad Ali in the iconic 'Rumble in the Jungle' bout held in Kinshasa, Zaire, Africa, in 1974.
The Texas native was also widely known for his popular George Foreman Grill products during his post-boxing career, which sold more than 100 million units worldwide.
