Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd have reportedly reached a settlement in their divorce.

Morris, 33, and Hurd, 37, reached an agreement on all issues and notarized the divorce on December 28 and January 4, PEOPLE reports on Monday afternoon (January 8) after obtaining court documents. The couple will split time equally with son Hayes Andrew Hurd, who turns 4 in March. Morris is set to pay her ex-husband $2,100 monthly in child support. A judge has yet to sign off as of publication time.

The “Circles Around This Town” artist cited “irreconcilable differences” when she filed for divorce on October 2, the same day she and Hurd separated. She was married to Hurd more than five years. The couple tied the knot in March 2018 at a venue in Nashville, Tennessee, and met years earlier while writing music for Tim McGraw together. Weeks after filing for divorce, Morris and Hurd reunited to take 3-year-old Hayes trick-or-treating together on Halloween.

Morris recently shared in a radio interview that she “cut all the trauma out of my hair. I think this year has — for a lot of people, not just me — a lot of people that are close to me have gone through it. I've known so many people that have gone through breakups or divorces.” She added that she wasn’t in the “headspace” to date again, and is writing music to get through the split. Last month, Morris posted a video on TikTok covering a snippet of Tammy Wynette’s “D-I-V-O-R-C-E.”
