Luke Combs released his highly-anticipated 12-track album, Growin’ Up, earlier this year, and now the award-winning country artist is sharing a reimagined version of one of the songs.

Combs kicked off the weekend by sharing the acoustic version of “Going, Going, Gone,” putting a new spin on one of the most popular songs on his album: “Like a runaway southbound train/ Like an Arizona desert rain/ Like lightning in the sky/ Like fireworks in July/ Like a left field home run ball/ Like a whiskey shot at last call/ It’s like she was made for moving on/ That girl is going, going, gone.”

The reigning iHeartRadio Music Awards Country Artist of the Year released Growin’ Up in June. The project made its long-awaited debut only a few days after Combs and his wife, Nicole, welcomed their firstborn child, son Tex Lawrence Combs. Other fan-favorite tracks on the album include “Doin’ This,” “The Kind Of Love We Make,” “Outrunnin’ Your Memory” (with Miranda Lambert), “Tomorrow Me” and others.

“It [Growin’ Up] has been such a long time in the making: So many hours spent in the studio, in the writing room, trying to get these things perfect and trying to get it out to you,” Combs said at the time. “I’m so glad that you guys are finally getting to hear these things, and I’m really, really looking forward to hearing what you guys think about these things… a lot more music coming soon.”
