Southwest Airlines employee went to “Infinity & Beyond” to save a boy’s toy

As a parent, this is one of those things you fear. Your child losing one of their FAVORITE toys/stuffed animals/blankets. It literally can ruin the entire day, haha!

When our family all went to Disney back in January, one of my twins Paxton was playing with his stuffed Mickey Mouse that he had since he was born. It was perfect timing when I opened the balcony door, he threw the Mickey over his head, and it went RIGHT OVER THE RAILING!! Of course I ran down to the front desk to ask them to look for it, but they were never able to find it. As upset as my son was, Disney literally gave us a voucher for all 3 of my kids to get new stuffed Mickey Mouses so they all had the same one! How cool is that, right?

That is why I loved this story the moment I saw it! I know the feeling the parents had the minute they realized Hagen’s Buzz Lightyear was missing. Knowing how upset their son was and knowing there wasn’t a lot they could do to make it better. Who would’ve guessed that this Southwest Airlines employee would save the day!

He honestly could have just put it in lost & found, and have been done. Instead, he went above and beyond to find the owner, and give it a really cool story! This employee definitely deserves a raise or recognition of some sort! This not only made Hagen’s day, but made his parent’s day too!
