Dan + Shay Join Jonas Brothers To Sing 'Tequila' At Nashville Concert

The Jonas Brothers took over Nashville's Bridgestone Arena Tuesday night (September 10) for their "Happiness Begins Tour" and country music duo, Dan + Shay was there to join them.

Based on the roar from the crowd, it's safe to say they were more than happy to welcome the country act out to share the stage with the Jonas Brothers. The two superstar groups came together to perform Dan + Shay's crossover smash hit, "Tequila." The entire arena erupted as the crowd sang along to just about every word.

This actually isn't the country duo and the sibling trio's first time working together. Turns out, they have quite a bit of history. During the 2015 ACM Awards, Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney were joined by Nick Jonas to perform a few songs. Additionally, last May after the 2019 Billboard Music Awards, Dan + Shay agreed to play their adorable hit song, "Speechless" for Joe Jonas and his wife, Sophie at their wedding as she walked down the isle.

The Jonas Brothers are on the road for their "Happiness Begins Tour," named after their latest studio album, through the end of the year. On the other hand, Dan + Shay are a part of Florida Georgia Line's "Can't Say I Ain't Country Tour," which is headed to West Valley City, Utah on Thursday (September 12).

Dan + Shay weren't the only country music surprise addition to the evening. Country superstar, Kelsea Ballerini also took the stage joining opening act Bebe Rexha to sing "Meant To Be." You can watch the Jonas Brothers and Dan + Shay's epic live performance of "Tequila" below.
