Help Cure Cancer and Eat BoBerry Biscuits = WINNING

You know what I love?  A BoBerry biscuit from Bojangles.  Who doesn't?!?

You know what else I love?  Donating to a great cause and helping women locally who battle cancer.

Well right now thru February 11th, you can help the fight against women's cancers and eat your biscuit too!

Bojangles has teamed up with the Kay Yow Cancer Fund to help raise money for women in the Raleigh-Durham area who are battling cancer.  Coach Kay Yow was the head women's basketball coach for NC State for more than 30 years and lead her teams to over 700 victories on the court.  Off the court, Coach Yow battled breast cancer on-and-off for 22 years.  She lost her battle in 2009, but not before founding the Kay Yow Cancer Fund in 2007.  In the 10 years since it's foundation, the Kay Yow Cancer Fund has raised more than $5.6 Million dollars to help with research and local women who are fighting their own battle against cancer.  Read the full story of Coach Yow HERE.

Last year, Bojangles and the Kay Yow Cancer Fund raised $70,000 in just over 2 weeks...and this year, we're looking to raise $100,000!  You can do your part by stopping by your local Bojangles, telling them you want to donate to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund, and for every dollar you donate, you'll get a BoBerry Biscuit!  How awesome is that!?

So be the hero of your family or office and grab a dozen BoBerry Biscuits before February 11th and donate $12 to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.  Or, stop by on your way home and donate a dollar and eat before you kids know you had a BoBerry Biscuit.  Either way, you're helping women right here in Carolina with their fight against cancer and getting your biscuit too!
