Breakfast is best at 7:11am. Eat at 7:12 and you'll bust out of your belt. Kiddin'
Lunch. Chow that salad down at 12:38pm.
Dinner -- 6:14pm
Worst time to eat: Anytime later than 7pm. Your diet is toast, they say.
