Have dessert for breakfast. A study found that overweight people who ate a big breakfast that included a sweet treat kept off more weight than those who ate a smaller breakfast with no dessert. Conclusion: Sugary stuff curbs hunger cravings later in the day

Cut up your food. Cutting your food into tiny pieces tricks your brain into thinking there's more on your plate

Exercise in the morning. People who work out after waking up work out harder than those who put it off until later in the day

Drink warm water. Warm water before eating makes you feel fuller making you eat less

Eat more. Frequent meals, as in five or six a day, boosts you metabolism. Eat meals full of protein, fiber and other nutrients rather than meals full of carbs and processed ingredients.
