Women for Success and Flaunt Boutique set the tone for the holiday season last night, delivering a very stylish, cheerful, and informative event.

Founded by Ashley Ascott and Lindsey Singler, Women for Success  (WFS) operates as a giving network that supports Dress for Success Triangle (DFST) by fundraising monetary donations to purchase undergarments, wide width shoes, and plus size work attire for DFST clients.  After raising $10,500 at their first event back in March, WFS continues to impact the community.

The evening began with an uplifting speech from Flaunt Boutique owner, Jessica Lamarre.  Jessica not only helps women look their best but feel their best as well.  If you come into Flaunt, there is a good chance you will leave with more than just clothes.  As a woman who is passionate about helping others achieve their goals, Jessica serves as an ambassador for DFST.

Flaunt delivered a very intimate setting for the fashion show, which I loved.  Models for Charity ripped the runway in looks that are perfect for the office and evening festivities.  If you desire to accentuate your curves in a classy and sophisticated way, then look no further than Flaunt Boutique.  My favorite look of the night was a black and gold bodycon dress that I will also refer to as "THE NEW YEARS EVE LOOK".  Check out the slide show below and let me know which item is your “must have”.

The WFS Train does not stop!  Tickets are currently on sale for their Lift Benefit that will be held Downtown Raleigh at Solas on February 1, 2014.  Early bird pricing is still available.  To purchase a ticket click here

It is so empowering to promote the community service being conducted in the Triangle.  I am honored to provide a platform that publicizes citizens who are making a difference and hope it inspires others to do the same.
