ABOUT JOE BRANNAN:

Mr. Brannan serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of North Carolina’s Electric Cooperatives. He joined the organization in 2006 and previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Power Supply and Chief Operating Officer. Throughout his career in the electric utility industry, Joe has experienced various areas of utility operations and management, risk management, energy trading and marketing operations. He holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Lehigh University.
