Allen shared that his new album has a lot of songs about learning how to be a better person and the morals he was taught growing up. This debut really details life for him growing up in Delaware and his hometown. The album is titled after the street he grew up on "Mercury Lane."

He also shared while on The Bobby Bones Show that he has two moves when he performs - a spin move and a hip thrust. He likes to make it look like more than that though to show he has dance skills. He says that he physically may get tired of the craziness that comes with being an artist, but mentally he is getting to what he loves and that won't ever be tiring.
